Top Library User (Students & Employees)

The MCNP-ISAP Library awards ceremony during the Student Forum to celebrate exceptional student achievement. Chief Librarian Ms. Merlie Narag, joined by library staff members Ms. Jona Mae Mabborang and Ms. Grace Tagumasi, presented certificates of recognition to the “Top Library User” and “Top Book Borrower (Student Edition).” The ceremony highlighted the students’ exemplary dedication to utilizing library resources for academic success.
