DOAJ is a community-curated online directory that indexes and provides access to high quality, open access, peer-reviewed journals. DOAJ is independent. All funding is via donations, 22% of which comes from sponsors and 78% from members and publisher members. All DOAJ services are free of charge including being indexed in DOAJ. All data is freely available. DOAJ operates an education and outreach program across the globe, focussing on improving the quality of applications submitted.

This is especially true for PCASRRD DOST selections which are prized for their cultural and intellectual value, but are largely unavailable now because many have not yet been digitized and opened for online access.

PEAC
PEAC is presently developing an instrument to assess the delivery of senior high school providers particpating in the voucher program through the commissioned research, "Development and Field Testing of a Certification Assessment Instrument for Schools Participating in the SHS Voucher Program." At present, the researchers have conducted focus group discussions participated by administrators from private SHS providers, SUCs and LUCs that offer SHS in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao to Elicit their understanding of the SHS requirements, the challenges and best practices.
